COMPARE

A Cookie3 alternative for the decision before the campaign

Cookie3 is a web3 analytics suite, and its KOL Intelligence product measures creator campaigns: engagement, attribution, and the on and off-chain journey of the users a campaign brought in. It is used by a lot of large projects and it is good at what it does.

It is a measurement tool. It tells you how the campaign went.

Wallet Match runs before that. It resolves a creator's existing audience to wallets and reports what they hold, so the question it answers is whether to book the campaign at all.

These are complements more than competitors. The reason to compare them is that both get described as creator analytics, and they sit on opposite sides of the spending decision.

What Cookie3 does well

  • Full campaign attribution, on-chain and off-chain, which we do not attempt.
  • Measures the whole funnel over time rather than one snapshot of an audience.
  • Broad analytics suite beyond creator campaigns.
  • Used at scale by large protocols, so the tooling is mature.

The question it does not answer

Attribution only exists after you have spent the money. If the audience never had funded wallets, the report tells you that in arrears.

The cheapest way to improve a campaign's numbers is to not run the bad one, and that decision happens before any attribution tool has data.

Which one to use

Pick Cookie3 when
  • You are already running campaigns and need to prove what they returned.
  • You want one analytics suite across acquisition, community and on-chain behaviour.
  • You have the budget for a monthly platform.
Pick Wallet Match when
  • You are choosing between creators and want the audience numbers first.
  • You want to check a handful of accounts without committing to a monthly plan.
  • You need the wallets themselves, exported, not a dashboard.

Plenty of teams run both. They answer different questions and neither replaces the other.

Paste a handle on the home page and the preview scan resolves the first slice of that account's followers to wallets, no account needed.
